The Story

ALADDIN lives with his Mother, The Jolly Widow Twanky and his Brother Wishy Washy, in an old Chinese Laundry. Widow Twanky takes in washing to make ends meet, with the help of her two sons. Aladdin dreams of becoming rich so he can buy his mother a new washing machine. One day there is an announcement in the city that the Emperor is looking for a suitor for his daughter Princess Martini. The Princess is very beautiful, and as soon as Aladdin sees her he falls in love with her. How can he ever be a suitor for the Princess when he is so poor?

Then the evil Abanazar, a wicked magician, tells Widow Twanky that he can help make Aladdin rich by taking him to a cave filled with jewels. Widow Twanky allows Aladdin to go to the cave of jewels. The cave is very dark, creepy, and frightening aand Aladdin does not want to enter. However, Abanazar tricks Aladdin into entering, and tells him there is a lamp that he must bring out to him, and any jewels he finds, he can keep. Abanazar locks Aladdin in the cave, but with help from the Genie of the ring he escapes, finally to overcome Abanazar and marry the Princess.
